Appointment of Head of Internal Control division and the Member’s Council Resolution

Dai-ichi Life Vietnam Fund Management Company Ltd. is pleased to disclose the appoiment of Head of Internal Control division and the Member’s Council resolution, as followings:

  1. Mr. Doan Cong Dat is appointed as Head of Internal Control division of the Company in accordance with the Resolution of the Member’s Council approved on 26th December 2019. The appointment decision is effective from 02nd January 2020. Mr. Doan Cong Dat is currently Risk Management Senior Manager of the Company.
  2. On 26th December 2019, the Member’s Council passed the resolution which approved the three (03) following contents:
  • - Approval on appointment of the Head of Internal Control division, as above ;
  • - Approval on recommendation from Internal Audit division after Internal Audit division performed the 2019 annual audit of Dai-ichi Life Vietnam Fund Management Company Ltd.;
  • - Approval on the amendment of the internal rule on risk management (Risk Management Guideline).
