On 01st July 2025, the Representative Board of DFVN-CAF passed the Resolution No. 27/NQ-BDD/DFVN-CAF/2025 (enclosed with the Meeting Minutes of Fund Representative Board) to aprrove two (02) contents as authorized by General Meeting of Investors, including (1) Approve PWC (Vietnam) Ltd. as auditing company to perform the review of interim financial statements and the audit of financial statements for the year 2025 for DFVN-CAF and (2) Pass
the Fund Management Service Price of DFVN-CAF in accordance with authorization content by General Meeting of Investors. Details are as attached file.
